Frequent Questions

Dealing with insurance and billing issues can sometimes be confusing. Rocky Mountain Cardiology's billing department staff will be happy to assist you with your billing questions. Because insurance plans and benefits vary greatly, specific questions about your policy and coverage, including co-payments, deductibles, and pre-authorization, should be directed to your insurance carrier or employer.

We accept and bill most major insurance plans. We ask that you bring your medical insurance card with you to every appointment to enable us to maintain the correct insurance information.

We do expect payment at the time of service. If we contract with your insurance, we expect your portion of the co-pay, deductible or co-insurance at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment options. For all billing and insurance questions please feel free to contact our billing department at (303) 449-2191.
